Since 2011, The IBMS has helped make the dreams of hundreds come true and has been a leading force in the industry, as well as, an inspiration to the birth of numerous new companies that have tried to imitate The IBMS Model Search. Founded in 2011 by Patrick McKinney, The IBMS Model Search is now one of the largest international model searches, networking outlets, career launching platforms and event production companies known worldwide.
The very first IBMS Model Search event had a total of 9 models and 1 photographer in Freeport, Bahamas in Spring of 2012. Now, hundreds of models and photographers travel from around the globe to attend The IBMS and thousands of models participate in our monthly social media contest each year.
The IBMS Model Search Family continues to grow at a rapid pace each day. It continues to draw the attention of so many accomplished and aspiring models, photographers, designers, hair stylists, makeup artists and industry professionals because of the legitimate professional opportunities that are created during our events and within our company. Not only do we promote the professional growth that one can achieve within our company, but we also highly promote the professional growth that one can achieve among other companies, magazines and agencies in the industry, as well.
Nearly 90% of the models and photographers who have attended an IBMS Model Search Event have been published in national and international print and online publications. The IBMS Model Search connects industry professionals from all around the globe; creating the opportunity for exposure and success. We work very closely with major publications and companies that source their models and photographers directly from IBMS Model Search events.

AT THE IBMS MODEL SEARCH, EVERYBODY IS FAMILY.
Throughout each year, we hold numerous Regional Model Searches and Bikini Shoot Camps around the globe. We also hold a monthly social media contest for models on our Facebook page.
Each regional title holder and monthly title holder will advance to our Semi-Annual International Finals where she will compete for the grand title of "Miss IBMS" in our International Finals. During this event, she will also be able to take advantage of countless career-advancing opportunities. This event is open to all industry professionals, friends, family and fans. Industry professionals travel from around the globe to experience this event first-hand.
Bikini Shoot Camps consist of 5 full days of shooting, networking, portfolio building, instruction, experience, exposure, support and fun. Bikini Shoot Camps are held all around the globe and are limited to 30 models and 10 photographers per event.
Regional title holders, monthly title holders and hundreds of models come together and travel from around the globe to compete for the grand title of "Miss IBMS Model Search" and a grand prize package that will skyrocket her career. Models have traveled from as far as Canada, South America, Australia, Japan, Czech Republic, Romania, Colombia, Iceland, France, England, Holland, Hungary and from many corners of the globe to attend this grand event.
Each model in attendance will also have the opportunity to participate and shoot with 75 photographers and be selected for publication by numerous national and international magazines along with countless other opportunities.
Most importantly, each model attending this event will gain the extraordinary opportunity to network and build strong, lasting professional relationships with hundreds of top industry professionals; allowing them to succeed in launching, expanding and enhancing their professional career as a model.
